Cemetery Regulations

Llanelli Joint Burial Authority has a statutory duty to manage its cemetery and carry out burials within the law as laid down in the Local Government Act 1972 and the Local Authority Cemeteries Order 1977.

The cemetery regulations are designed to ensure the cemetery is operated in a lawful, safe and dignified manner at all times.
